Great Britain and the United States have clearly dominated the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. Are they listed in Bible prophecy? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Was Great Britain one of the “lost ten tribes” of Israel descended from one of the daughters of King Zedekiah? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Was the prophet Jeremiah the link to the establishment of the United States and Britain?

We are on the edge of some upcoming wars that are in the pages of the Bible. Where does the US fit in? Is the United States the location of the Babylon of the End Times?

Upcoming Wars<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In the End Times, the Bible tells us about a war involving the inner circle of nations surrounding Israel. The members are listed in Psalms 83. However the war is triggered by the attempt to wipe Israel off the map. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There is destined to be an Arab \u2013 Israeli war as per Psalm 83. An Arab confederacy has formed with a push to defeat Israel.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Iran made a point of declaring its solidarity with both Syria and Turkey in recent months, on the heels of joint Turkish-Syrian military exercises.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Psalm 83 confederates:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Tents of Edom<\/strong> (Palestinians and S. Jordanians)<\/li>\n
  2. Ishmaelites<\/strong> (Saudis – Ishmael father of the Arabs)<\/li>\n
  3. Moab<\/strong> (Palestinians and Central Jordanians)<\/li>\n
  4. Hagrites<\/strong> (Hagarenes – Egyptians)<\/li>\n
  5. Gebal <\/strong>(Hezbollah & N. Lebanese)<\/li>\n
  6. Ammon<\/strong> (Palestinians and N. Jordanians)<\/li>\n
  7. Amalek<\/strong> (Arabs of the Sinai area)<\/li>\n
  8. Philistia<\/strong> (Hamas of the Gaza Strip)<\/li>\n
  9. Tyre<\/strong> (Hezbollah and S. Lebanese)<\/li>\n
  10. Assyria<\/strong> (Syria and N. Iraqis)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We see that Damascus gets destroyed \u201cnever to be inhabited again\u201d in Isaiah 17. <\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Isaiah 17:1<\/a> <\/strong><\/em>The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    Will Syria start a conflict with Israel to divert attention from the Syrian unrest… Is this why Israel destroys Damascus?<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    This is followed by the <\/span><\/span>Gog \\ Magog<\/span><\/span><\/strong> war of Ezekiel 38 when Russia attacks Israel to take a new found wealth (Oil and Gas).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    2. Meshech and Tubal<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (Southern Russia \u2013 Scythians)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Persia<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (Iran, Iraq, and Afghanistan)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Ethiopia<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (Ethopia and Sudan)<\/li>\n
    5. Libya<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (Libya)<\/li>\n
    6. Gomer<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (Eastern Europe \\ European Union)<\/li>\n
    7. Togarmah<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (Turkey)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Some Bible scholars point to Ezekiel 39:6 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>as <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>the location where the United States fits in the wars. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Ezekiel 39:6 says that fire will fall on \u201cthose who inhabit the coastlands in safety.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>This could point<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> to the United States being under fire or nuclear attack at the same time Israel is attacked by Russia to take the Oil and Gas found off the coast.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Ezekiel 39<\/span><\/span><\/span>:<\/span><\/span>6<\/a> <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/strong>And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>am<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/strong> the LORD.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> 7<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not <\/span><\/span>let them<\/em><\/span><\/span> pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I <\/span><\/span>am<\/em><\/span><\/span> the LORD, the Holy One in Israel. <\/span><\/span>8<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord GOD; this <\/span><\/span>is<\/em><\/span><\/span> the day whereof I have spoken. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Many have speculated this show of force by God to destroy the Russian army is the event that promotes the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem. God come<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>s<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> in person to crush Russia and the Israelis witnesses the power of God and come back to him in worship.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      It is altogether possible that the United States economically will not be able to help Israel because of a collapse of it’s economy. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Where is the United States in the End? <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      With the United States being the Worlds Superpower, it would seem we would be mentioned everywhere in the Bible.
      \n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      In the Book of Daniel we see a lion which represents England with the wings of an eagle. The wings were plucked off the lion. America breaks free of English rule and the Lion joins in a future union of nations:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Daniel 7:3~8<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

      3<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. <\/span><\/span>4<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>The first <\/span><\/span>was<\/span><\/span> like a lion, and had eagle’s wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man’s heart was given to it. <\/span><\/span>5<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and <\/span><\/span>it had<\/span><\/span> three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. <\/span><\/span>6<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it. <\/span><\/span>7<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it <\/span><\/span>was<\/span><\/span> diverse from all the beasts that <\/span><\/span>were<\/span><\/span> before it; and it had ten horns. <\/span><\/span>8<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn <\/span><\/span>were<\/span><\/span> eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

      We see later in Revelation the beasts are combined ( EU European Union) and the eagle wings are no longer present. America is not a part of the European Union however England is a member:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Revelation 13:1~2<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

      1<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. <\/span><\/span>2<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as <\/span><\/span>the feet<\/span><\/span> of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. <\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

      We do find that the Eagle Wings are mentioned in Revelation as saving the woman (Israel) in the midst of the week while the 2 witnesses are on the Earth:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Revelation 12:13~14<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

      13<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man <\/span><\/span>child<\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span>14<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/a>And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      If the events of the end times are to come to pass, the United States must be in a position that we can’t respond to the attacks which are to come on Israel. However the verse in Revelation 12:13 seems to say that the symbol of the United States shields Israel for 3 1\/2 years. This 3 1\/2 years is worded the same as the other locations in the Bible that refer to Daniel’s 70th week.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Is the Eagle Wings God’s devine help\u00a0or the United States that shields the woman? The Eagle symbol is the link.<\/span><\/span>

      \n<\/span><\/span>Does the US fight the Antichrist in the end? <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Mystery Babylon<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Even though the United States looks like the Worlds Super Power in this moment and hour, within one year an economic collapse would take that status away. Many people want to link to United States to Mystery Babylon. But the US does not fit the long list of identifiers for the Babylon of the End Times.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Daughter of Tarshish<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Another link\u00a0to the United States in scripture is the relation as the daughter of Tarshish. Many link Tarshish with the tin mining in England. Some relics hint that Joseph of Arimathea went to Tarshish to buy tin and rare metals. Early documents found in Britain refer to Joseph and his activities in tin mining. If Britain along with parts of Europe matches the Tarshish of the Bible, the daughter of Tarshish could be the United States.<\/h4>\n

      Conclusion<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      We see from Daniel that some countries survive during the tribulation and oppose the Antichrist. Are these countries Jordon, Israel, China and the United States of America? If America is the Eagle Wings, you would have to conclude that from scripture, the US protects Israel for the 3 1\/2 years.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n
